Blast from the past - Benefit Hoola Bronzer!

Hello Lovelies,

If you want to read what this whole blast from the past malarky is about then please click here to read my first post on the feature! This week I am focusing on the only bronzer I owned for a long long time and one of my first ever "high end" beauty products - Benefit's Hoola Bronzer.

I know (or at least I think) this is still available in the shops, you can find it at Debenahms for £23.50, which considering this seems to be lasting me a lifetime - is well worth the price tag.

I've sadly hit pan in my Hoola Bronzer but will no doubt be going out to repurchase before long, as this is the bronzer that I know I can wear whether I'm tanned or not and it will still suit my skintone.

It lasts all day long on my skin if I manage to leave my face alone (I'm one of those who tends to sit resting my face on my hand a lot and so it's not the make-ups fault that I rub it off) and is so so easy to apply.

I find that a lot of bronzers either take a lot of blending in, or are hardly noticeable, whereas Hoola is totally easy to control, you can put it on strongly if you so wish, but if you just want a subtle glow it's easy to achieve too.

The packaging is always a huge winner with Benefit as I'm sure you'll all agree, it feels very sturdy and looks so cute - there's a reason mine has stayed totally in tact (if a little battered and bruised) after many years.

There's so many more Benefit products that I want to try, but I also have a fair few that I've had for years and have never let me down!

love and kisses

Becky

  2. Hoola Bronzer is may fave! Have you tried Nars Laguna? I've heard so many great things about it but I'm not sure if it's worth paying £26 when I already love my Hoola bronzer

    1. Hey lovely!
I find that they're on par to be honest, the Nars gives a more polished finish but they're very close in price. I would never be without my hoola bronzer!
