May GlossyBox

Hello Lovelies,

I know, I know, I'm super late with this but I only actually got my box on the 4th June and I've had things that I thought were slightly more important to blog about! However here is the lovely May Glossybox and all of it's contents...

Caudalie Divine Oil - Divine this certianly is, it smells so luxurious and lovely and makes my skin look and feel nourished and at only £4.05 for a full sied 15ml of this I think that it is totally worth and will definately be repurchasing this.

L'Occitane En Provence Angelica Hydration Cream - As always with L'Occitane, this stuff smells gorgeous. I like to put this on before going to the gym or if I'm having a no make up day as it's quite nourishing and takes a while to totally sink into your skin but it leaves me feeling refreshed and ready for the day. It is slightly pricey at £30 for 50ml but I think I would buy it as a treat. You don't need much of it either as it goes a long way.

Beautiful Movements Cosmetics Prime & Create Mixing Medium - I'll be honest with you, I haven't used this underneath any eyeshadow yet so I can't really comment on it's performance in that sense. However it does feel quite greasy on my eyelid which I'm not too keen on! You can mix this is your foundation or blusher or bronzer for a more airbrushed look but at £20 for just 20g, I'm not sure I'll be rushing out to purchase.

Jelly Pong Pong Fairy Lashes Mascara - Again, honesty first, the name and appearance of this made me extremely dubious to try it as the packaging and brand name doesn't exactly scream high end luxury. But this product has probably had the toughest test of them all. One of my big beauty tips for the summer is waterproof mascara and this one help up just great. The gym, the sunbed (sorry), sunbathing all afternoon and walking the dog and it was still in place at 10pm that evening. It felt a tad rubbery to remove but I had no difficulties. It's £15 for a fullsized product but I do think that it's worth it.

Headline Colors Poolside Party Nail Polish in "Catwalk" - I've definately saved the best till last here, I haven't taken this off since I got it and it's barely really chipped at all. I love it. The colour is easy to build up - just two coats and it's nice and opaque and it's perfect for summer. It's a corally-red colour that's not too playful for work but not too boring for the pub. Perfect. £9 for the fullsized it's quite pricey but they have some beautiful colours.

Did you enjoy your May Glossybox? My June Glossybox video goes live on Sunday!

love and kisses
