My Morning Skincare Routine

I don't know about you but I am super nosey when it comes to other people and their routines. I love a good review but to me there is nothing better than knowing what makes the cut into my fellow blogger's daily routines. Up until recently I've had to split my products between two homes and made the best of what I had, so I never really had a complete routine that I was happy with. Until now...

To start with I "clean" my skin with my L'Oreal Skin Perfection Micellar Water, usually before I even get out of bed. Next up is a lovely deep clean using my Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser which leaves my skin feeling beautifully smooth and soft. As soon as possible after that I use my La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo and give it as much time as possible to soak into my skin and begin to work it's magic.

Next up is my Clinique All About Eyes eye cream, I've only recently started to use an Eye Cream but find that this is the best so far, it leaves the skin under my eyes feeling softer than ever before and I feel like it just gives me a really good base to apply my concealer onto and reduces puffiness almost instantly. At the moment I'm treating myself to my L'Occitane Angelica Hydration Cream as it's super lightweight and refreshing for these muggier and humid summer mornings. It's pretty pricey for the full sized version but is definitely something which I will be investing in.

Then of course I need to prep and prime my lips and I tend to use my Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream, I apply my lipstick once I'm at work due to the fact that I've usually run out of time before I leave and I find that this gives me a nice looking sheen to my lips until then whilst preparing them for my lippy.

I tend to mix up my moisturisers most and I'll be back with my Olay Beauty Fluid fairly soon as I'm dreading the day I run out of my L'Occitane one however other than that, it stays pretty stable. Of course if I'm sent something to review then that will take something's place but I always come back to this combination.
