Revlon Colourburst Matte Balms

Revlon Colourburst Matte Balms £7.99 - The first thing that I love about the Colourburst Balms in general is that there really is something for everyone, from the original formula, to the Lacquer ones and then my favourites, the matte collection. Everyone is catered for and that can be kind of rare on the High Street. The colour range is just as vast too from pinks to purples to corals to nudes to everything in between. Well done Revlon! These two really caught my eye in the shop and as they had an infamous 3 for 2 offer on, I had to get more than one. The numbers I got was 205 and 245 and they're both beautiful in their own way. One is a beautiful orangey-coral which is definitely a little out of my comfort zone but I've had so many compliments on it that it pushes me to wear it more often, and 245 is a lush pink colour that just enhances the lip and gives you a little pick me up without being too strikingly bold. The only thing I will say is that you have to prep your lips well in advance with these. I suffer from really dry lips and so have to ensure that I exfoliate and moisturise them the night before and just before application else they can slightly cling to drier patches. I can get through a whole chatty YouTube video in one without having to touch it up at all and if you know how much I can talk then you'll know that it's given a real test there. I haven't got any of the Lacquer version of these yet as I feel like I have enough of those type products in my collection, but I wouldn't hold me to that for too long...
